I received a few questions through the 2039 mail system I would like to answer some of them here.....if anyone else has questions, comments or anything drop them here and I WILL answer them

Phantom Asks: Something about " give a bum a dolla" seems almost like an inside joke, and I was wondering if there was something to him, or am I just seeing things?"
This is actually a very good question. GBD is a unique character in the series in the role he will play as time goes on, but I wont give any spoilers as to that. As for his inspiration...I visited San Fransisco many times as a child, and on one trip my cousins and I encountered a homeless man who, obviously had scrambled his brains at some point, be it illness, drugs or even stress...however it was how he spoke I found amusing...much like GBD in the series, he would latch on to a certain word or phrase in a sentence and twist it into a random one person conversation, sometimes acting almost like a parrot and repeating things he's heard someplace else. With the 2039 series already in it's very infant stages then, I instantly thought how interesting of a tick this could turn out to be.
MK Asks : Why San Fran? I know that the series mentions events all over the world, but what inspired you to use SF as the main stage?
Who doesn't look at the streets of SF and think " what an awesome place for a car/bike chase scene."?!
There are too many factors to point to one reason. A mega city is ideal, and New York, Tokyo, are used too often. SF offered a unique feel and style I really love working with. However you are right, the 2039 series has events all over the world, so don't be shocked if there is a mini arch, or a spin off that covers the time period in a different region of the world.
Dixi asks: I'm starting to see several relationships, or potential relationships form. I know it's early but I was wondering how soon until we find out for sure what's going on!
I'm glad your picking up on a few hints I've dropped...and trust me it's not going to be as transparent as it seems, expect alot of emotional twists and turns, and wild cards to come into play. Right now I've made it pretty clear that Kat has feelings for Aioden...and that Aioden seems pretty oblivious to it... or is he? As far as that goes, I CAN say that Aioden tends to let his emotions get the best of him, and he knows it. And it's for that reason that he tries to separate himself alittle...these are friends, all he care about, but this is also a dangerous time so he does not allow himself to think on that level for fear that it would put others in jeopardy. There is something major with this planned, but I can't get into that yet.
